1. Licence & Usage

1.1 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Eyre Films digital products in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
1.2 The licence covers use only by the individual purchaser or purchasing entity.
1.3 You may not:
•⁠ ⁠Resell the products
•⁠ ⁠Redistribute, share, or transfer the files to any third party
•⁠ ⁠Upload the files to any platform, repository, or cloud library for public access
•⁠ ⁠Claim ownership, authorship, or original creation of the content

2. Digital Delivery
2.1 All products are delivered electronically after checkout via secure download.
2.2 You are responsible for downloading, storing, and backing up your files.

3. No Refunds
3.1 All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are offered. 

4. Prohibited Use
4.1 You may not copy, modify, or adapt the files beyond what is required for your own editing workflow.
4.2 Any misuse, duplication, or unauthorised distribution may result in licence revocation.

5. Liability
5.1 Eyre Films is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of our products.
5.2 We do not guarantee performance on any specific editing platform or system.

6. Governing Law
6.1 These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms
7.1 Eyre Films may update these terms at any time.
7.2 Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the most recent terms.
